Todd Hamilton Noll is an experienced trial attorney in the areas of Criminal Defense, Domestic Relations; divorce/dissolution and custody matters, Civil Litigation in all areas of Business and Probate Litigation. His licensure and experience in Florida Probate matters compliments the firms' Ohio Probate Practice for the firms' many clients that own real property in Ohio and Florida. Todd has been licensed to practice law in the state of Ohio since 1982 and the state of Florida since 1995.
Mr. Noll has been Accredited by the Department of Veterans Affairs since 2015 and is one of the Founding Volunteers for the Toledo Veteran Affairs free Legal Clinic.
During Law School Mr. Noll was the Deputy Bailiff and Deputy Assignment Commissioner for the Perrysburg Municipal Court for then Judge Judson Spore. Mr. Noll is a graduate of Ohio University and The University of Toledo College of Law.
Upon graduating from Law School Todd was hired by the Wood County Prosecuting Attorneys Office as an Assistant Prosecuting Attorney; a position he was in for 5 years before joining the firm in 1987.
Mr. Noll is now Managing Partner of Leatherman & Witzler and has been practicing law for over 30 years. He is a member of the Wood County Bar Association, the Lucas County Bar Association, the Henry County Bar Association, the Ohio State Bar Association and has been a Mentor for the Ohio State Supreme Court Mentoring Program for years.
Paul A. Skaff is an experienced general practice attorney in the areas of estate planning and probate administration, municipal government law, business transactions, tax preparation and real estate. Paul is currently the Solicitor for eight local municipalities.
Paul holds a Bachelor's Degree from the College of Business Administration at the University of Cincinnati and a Juris Doctor Degree from the University of Toledo College of Law.
Paul A. Skaff joined Leatherman & Witzler in 2000 after 3 years as Assistant Prosecuting Attorney for the Ottawa County Prosecuting Attorney's Office.
Paul is past President of the Wood County Bar Association and is a current Member of the Wood County and Ohio State Bar Associations.
Paul is a Mentor through the Ohio State Supreme Court Mentoring Program.
Heather Lindsey Pentycofe graduated from the University of Toledo with a Bachelor's Degree in Criminal Justice (Magna Cum Laude) and holds a Juris Doctor Degree from the University of Toledo College of Law.
Heather has been licensed to practice law in the State of Ohio since November, 2012 and the State of Michigan since June, 2013.
Mrs. Pentycofe joined Leatherman & Witzler in 2013 after serving as an Ohio Supreme Court Certified Legal Intern with the Wood County Public Defender's Office. Heather is a State Certified Guardian Ad Litem and is often called upon by area Judges and Magistrates to lend her experience to contested Custody and Parenting Cases pending in the area Common Pleas Domestic Relations and Juvenile Courts.
Heather is an experienced litigator in the areas of criminal representation, divorce and custody disputes, civil protection orders as well as misdemeanor and felony representation. Heather has served as the President of the Wood County Bar Association.
Nicholas Patrick Wainwright is a graduate of Bowling Green State University with a Bachelor's Degree in Political Science and Communication Studies and holds a Juris Doctor Degree from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock School of Law.
Nicholas has been licensed to practice law in the State of Ohio since November 2019.
Nicholas joined Leatherman & Witzler as an associate in 2019 after serving as an intern at the firm for two years and as an Ohio Supreme Court Certified Legal Intern with the City of Bowling Green Prosecutor’s Office.
Nicholas has also held Clerkships with the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Eastern and Western Districts of Arkansas and the Pulaski County Public Defender's Office in Little Rock, Arkansas.
Nicholas serves the needs of clients in the areas of bankruptcy, business litigation, domestic relations, landlord/tenant law, and tort litigation.
Nicholas is the current President of the Wood County Bar Association.
