The Law Firm of Leatherman & Witzler has been in its current location since 1966 when the founding members, the late Wayne Leatherman and Earl Witzler (retired), built the current building. Wayne Leatherman was the first Municipal Court Judge in Perrysburg when the court was created. The firm has seen members leave the practice to take the bench in the Common Pleas Court.
The firm has a satellite office in the heart of Henry County in downtown Liberty Center, Ohio.
